MileCaptain is a dispatch service, not a factoring company. When you request a factoring quote on this site, we pass your request to our factoring partner, RTS. We may be paid for that referral. RTS sets your rate and terms, not us, and the referral doesn't change them.
You don't need to factor, or factor with RTS, to use our dispatch service. If you already factor with someone else, we work with your factoring company.
Some compliance pages link to Vertical Identity, a DOT drug and alcohol testing consortium. If a carrier enrolls through our link, we may earn a referral fee. We only show this offer to carriers whose drivers need a CDL, because non-CDL box trucks and non-CDL hotshots are not under DOT drug and alcohol testing rules.
