Only what you send

Form details you type in, plus basic site analytics.

We contact you about dispatch or factoring, nothing else.

Factoring requests go to RTS. We never sell your data.

1

What we collect

When you apply for dispatch, request a factoring quote or send a message, we collect what you type into the form. Depending on the form, that can include:

  • Name, phone number and email address
  • MC and DOT numbers, authority age and number of trucks
  • Equipment type, home base, preferred lanes and home time
  • Monthly invoice volume and whether you factor today
  • Your message and the best time to call
  • The page you came from and campaign tags in the link (UTM tags), if any
2

Why we collect it

We use your details to contact you about the service you asked about: to call you back about dispatch, to pass a factoring request to our partner, or to answer your message. We also use the page you came from and any campaign tags to understand which pages and ads bring carriers to us.

We don't use your details for anything unrelated, and we don't sell or rent them to anyone.

3

Calls, texts and your consent

Our forms ask for your consent before we contact you by phone, text or email, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of using our service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or tell us on a call or by message.

We don't share your phone number or your text consent with third parties for their own marketing.

4

Who else sees your information

We share information only where needed to do what you asked, or where the law requires it:

  • Factoring requests go to our factoring partner, RTS, so they can quote you. Dispatch applications are not sent to RTS.
  • Our email provider, Resend, delivers form notifications and confirmation emails.
  • Cloudflare runs our hosting network and the spam check on our forms (Turnstile).
  • Our analytics tool counts visits to pages in aggregate.
  • If you become a dispatch customer, brokers receive the carrier details needed to book your loads, as part of that service.
  • Authorities, if a valid legal request requires it.
5

Cookies and browser storage

We keep cookies to a minimum. If you arrive through a link with campaign tags, a first-party cookie stores those tags for 30 days so a later form can report where you came from. We store your light or dark theme choice in your browser. Our analytics tool is set up to count visits without tracking you across other sites.

Our calculators run in your browser. If a calculator saves your inputs so they're there next time, they're saved in your own browser's storage on your device and are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.

6

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond and to run our business, for example while we work with you as a customer and for the records we must keep afterward. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, unless the law requires us to keep them.

7

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on the state you live in, you may have more rights under state privacy laws, and we'll honor them. We won't treat you differently for asking.

To make a request, use our contact page and choose the topic that fits. We may need to confirm it's you before we act on the request.

8

Security

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection, checked for spam, and delivered to a small number of people on our desk. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can see lead details and don't keep more than we need.

9

Children

This site is for trucking businesses and drivers. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

10

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be explained here in plain words.
