Pricing and the agreement
A percentage of the gross on loads you haul: 7% if your MC is under 6 months old, 5% for one truck with authority older than 6 months, and 4% for fleets of 2 or more trucks while the fleet rate lasts. Equipment never changes the fee.
No setup fee and no long contract. It's month-to-month, and you can cancel with 30 days notice. There are no minimum loads per week.
No. The fee is charged only on loads you haul. A week off, a week down for repairs or a load you declined costs you nothing.
On the gross load revenue shown on the rate confirmation. Fuel, tolls and other costs are yours, and the fee isn't charged on deadhead miles.

Loads and your hours of service
No. The rate confirmation goes straight to you, and you can say no to any load without a reason or a penalty. We book nothing without your yes, and then we look for the next option.
Before offering a load we check your remaining driving time against the 11-hour limit, where your 14-hour window ends, your 60 or 70-hour cycle, and when your next 10-hour break has to start (49 CFR 395.3). If the pickup, drive and delivery don't fit, we don't offer it.
Never. We won't book a load that only works if you exceed your limits, and we won't ask you to edit logs, misuse personal conveyance or work around your ELD. If a load runs late because of the shipper or weather, we reschedule rather than push you.
Yes. Tell us when you want to be home and we plan the week backward from it, so the last load of the week delivers close to home and your 34-hour restart, if you use one, lands there.

Equipment, authority and paperwork
Box trucks from 26 ft, hotshots, dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, step decks, power only, car haulers, dump trucks, oversize, and hazmat and tankers. We don't dispatch cargo vans, sprinter vans, or box trucks under 26 ft.
Yes. Some brokers won't work with very new authorities, so we focus on brokers who do, and we help you build the record that opens more doors. The new authority rate is 7% for the first 6 months.
Broker setup packets, rate confirmation review, check calls and tracking updates, and getting your BOLs and PODs to the broker or your factoring company. You keep your own authority, insurance and ELD records.
Your MC and DOT numbers, a W-9, your certificate of insurance, truck and trailer details, and a notice of assignment if you factor. A dispatcher walks you through it on the first call.

BOARD 04FACTORING
Freight factoring
Factoring means selling your load invoices to a factoring company, which pays you most of the invoice amount quickly, often within a day, and then collects from the broker. You pay a percentage of the invoice for the service.
No. Dispatch and factoring are separate. Many carriers use both because brokers often pay in 30 days or more, but you can get paid directly by the broker if your cash flow allows it.
We refer factoring requests to RTS. We may be paid for the referral, and that doesn't change your rate. The rate and terms come from RTS, not from us.
Yes. When a load delivers we send the rate confirmation, BOL and POD to your factoring company so the invoice is funded without you chasing documents.
